American Tack & Hardware Co. Inc. uses certified third party testing laboratories to validate that all Amerelle products meet all appropriate regulatory and labeling requirements, including but not limited to UL certification, FCC compliance and the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (CA Proposition 65). Furthermore, American Tack & Hardware ships all items in packaging that meets the requirements of California’s Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) requirements.
